Home Delivery

Our Home Delivery program allows you to purchase your next vehicle without visiting the dealership. We appreciate the consideration of our customers who are staying home during this time. Please refer to this page for more information.



Car Cleaning & Test Drives

After our vehicles are properly disinfected, they get a 'Certified Clean' sticker applied on the driver's side door. After every test drive and after every time the sticker is broken, the vehicle is re-cleaned and a new sticker is applied. All high-touch surfaces within the cars will be disinfected:

  • Steering wheel
  • Center console
  • Door handles
  • Controls
  • Cup holders
  • Keys and key fobs

At this time, test drives will be done without a sales representative. You must provide proof of insurance to complete a solo test drive. If you're not able to prove insurance, one of our sales representatives will accompany you on the test drive in the back seat.


Face Covers & Social Distancing

  • All employees must wear face covers at all times when they are working
  • All customers must wear a face mask upon entering the showroom. Hertz will provide these as needed
  • Employees and customers must practice social distancing
  • The showroom is limited to as many customers that can practice safe social distancing
  • Desks are spread 6 feet apart
  • Plexiglass shields are actively being rolled out across the stores to be utilized in the showroom
  • We recommend bringing your own pen to sign paperwork

Cleaning/Sanitizing

Hand sanitizer will be readily available for customers and employees. High-touch surfaces will be regularly cleaned with approved cleaning solution:

  • Counter tops
  • Doorknobs
  • File cabinets
  • Breakroom
  • Restrooms
  • Shared computers, printers, desks, phones, pens, etc. after each use

Health Precautions

Employees are screened at the start of their shifts and any employees showing elevated temperatures or other recognized indications of COVID-19 will not be admitted to our facilities. Employees may return to work after at least 7 days since symptoms first appeared so long as they are completely symptom free and no fever OR the employee receives a negative COVID-19 test result.
