2 7 days or 250 miles, whichever comes first. In order to retain the 25Ecredit eligibility following the return of a purchased vehicle, the vehicle must be returned within 48 hours from completing the time of sale with the IRS. Any vehicle return beyond such 48-hour period is not eligible to be cancelled or voided through the IRS and may result in my loss of eligibility for the 25Ecredit on a future purchase.
